1oz Copper Round - The FERRYMAN

A Coin for the Ferryman 1 oz Copper Round draws on the ancient custom of placing a coin with the dead as payment for passage into the afterlife. The obverse presents rough seas beneath clouded skies as a hooded ferryman rows toward a field of skulls, with an hourglass reinforcing the theme of time and mortality.

The reverse identifies the Tales of Old series through an open book, torch, hourglass, laurel branches, and decorative border. Struck from .999 fine copper, this atmospheric round offers a dramatic blend of mythology, symbolism, and detailed storytelling.
